Ours is a non-invasive visual inspection of your property, and we're certifed mold inspectors (CMI), so you can be sure that the job will be thorough. While we may be able to alert you to possible problems, our basic inspections are no substitutes for specialized contaminant testing.

Mold: There are many types of mold, and none of them will grow without water or moisture. Molds can produce allergens, irritants, and in some cases, potentially toxic substances.
